The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. The room had major maintenance issues; my fridge didn't work and the shower curtain rod was broken. Would stay again for the friendly staff.

During my stay, I found the hotel ideally positioned just a short walk from fantastic restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the vibrant area; also nearby were attractions like the Spectrum Center for concerts and the beautiful UNC Charlotte Botanical Gardens, which I enjoyed visiting. The hotel offers a comfortable atmosphere and friendly staff, contributing to a welcoming experience. However, the bed could use some improvement as it wasn't the most comfortable.

The room was spacious and clean with all the essentials - fridge, microwave, and free Wi-Fi. Breakfast was a solid start to my day, hot and fresh with enough choices to get you fueled up.
It wasn't budget-friendly, but for the comfort and service, it's worth it.

The staff are super friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect for getting around, and it's affordable too.
The hotel feels outdated and has a weird smell.

I loved designing experiments, exploring virtual reality, and meeting animals at the interactive museum. The hotel's complimentary breakfast was a hit, and the partially indoor/outdoor pool was a unique touch!
I had fun observing mysterious oil in the pool and witnessing forgotten cleaning duties.

Welcoming staff set a solid tone. The front desk was friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth. Cleanliness stood out—the room was spotless, enhancing comfort. The bed provided a good night’s sleep, though the furniture felt outdated. Breakfast was a disappointment. I missed the hot options. Eggs were tasteless, and the sausage lacked flavor. Fresh cookies for kids would be a welcome addition. Facilities need attention. The pool was uninviting, with an oily surface—a major letdown. The door lock was inconsistent, requiring multiple keycards and visits to the front desk. With some improvement, this could be a delightful stay. I’ll consider my options next time.

My room was clean and comfortable, with a soft mattress and a spacious spa tub which was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. The staff members were mostly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided was decent, offering a variety of options to start the day off right. the location was great for easy access to the PNC Music Pavilion.
The air conditioner in my room had a mildew smell, which was quite bothersome and made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

Exceptional hotel, exceptional service with a comfortable bed for a great night’s sleep and a convenient location just a five-minute walk to fantastic dining options.
Exceeded expectations.

The reception was super rude, and I wasn't informed about the extra $200 charge until I arrived. Plus, the pool was closed, which was the main reason I chose this place. It just felt really misleading and frustrating.

First off, let me say that the hotel location was great for us. It was super close to where we needed to be, and the price was really affordable. The staff were mostly friendly which was a plus. there were a few issues that affected our stay. The rooms were on the small side and the lack of room service unless requested was a little inconvenient. The rooms also had a weird odor that was hard to ignore. One morning, breakfast choices were limited to just waffles and cereal, which was a bit disappointing. And to make matters worse, there were sketchy individuals in the parking lot offering drugs, which made me feel uneasy. On top of that, some of the staff members were not very polite to guests, and I had to get my room keys reprogrammed every day which became quite frustrating. Country hotel needs some improvements, especially in terms of room amenities and guest safety. there were a few positives like the hotel being budget-friendly and the close proximity to our destination. But unfortunately, the negatives outweighed the positives in this case.

The room was spacious and had a living area, which was nice. Two TVs, a microwave, and a refrigerator added convenience. the cleanliness left something to be desired; I found hair on the sheets and dirty carpet. The towels were threadbare and not soft. The shower took too long to warm up. The breakfast was inconsistent, with burnt eggs and dry sausage, leading us to eat out eventually. While the staff was friendly, maintenance issues like a ripped shower curtain and a clogged toilet were frustrating. The room also had unwelcome critters, which impacted the stay significantly.

Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options! The staff was super welcoming and always had a smile. The location was spot on, just a quick trip to the show and tons of nearby food options!
100% recommend ❤️😊

Clean, spacious rooms with all the essentials make for a cozy stay. The breakfast had a decent variety and the attendant was notably friendly and attentive. Danielle truly shone, swooping in to help when our reservations got mixed up—she deserves a raise! there were hiccups; the pool was unexpectedly closed, and an unfortunate issue with parking left us feeling sour. A cold pool and questionable carpet could use some attention. But with a welcoming vibe and convenient location, this felt like a home away from home, despite the bumps along the way.

Had a blast with my crew hitting up the extreme sports at National Whitewater Center , totally rad! Then we rocked out at a concert nearby , epic vibes all around.
Just wishing for a more happening nightlife scene for us party animals , a cool bar or club at the hotel would have been lit! .

Never ran out of hot water, which was a relief. The hotel's proximity to the train was super convenient for exploring the area. The thermostat in the room worked like a charm, making it easy to adjust the temperature to my liking.
The floors felt damp and appeared dirty, which was a downer. The presence of sketchy individuals outside the building at night made me feel uneasy and uncomfortable, especially when going to and from my car with my family.

The staff at this hotel were exceptional, particularly the night staff with the red hair and the guy with locs. They were friendly, informative, and even took a picture of my husband and me. The room was spotlessly clean, and the lobby had a cozy atmosphere that we loved. The 12pm checkout allowed us to relax and not rush. The hotel's location was perfect for our visit to see family, as they were just a short distance away. The room was spacious and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay.
Breakfast was not included, which was a disappointment, and we weren't even offered coffee. Considering the lack of breakfast, the price seemed a bit high, especially at $200 for two nights.

We were pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade, thanks to the friendly front desk clerk. Their positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made our check-in experience truly enjoyable. I'd recommend this hotel.

Visited National Whitewater Center for family fun - Olympic-level activities!
My wife says that more kids' activities could be added.

We had a pleasant stay at Country Inn. the location was perfect for our seminar, just a 10-minute distance. Our room layout was unique, with distinct areas and a well-structured kitchen across from the bathroom. the climate control was great, and the infused water was a nice touch.
Nothing everything was great 😊
